Who runs this site
This site is published by the Middle East Social Media & Digital Association (MESMDA), a professional association for social media and digital practitioners in the Middle East.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to and share what is published here. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the sign-up form, or present the association's material as your own.
Our content
The articles, guidance, artwork, logo and other material on this site belong to the association or to the people who wrote them, except where stated otherwise. Some articles were first published elsewhere and are credited and linked on the page.
You may quote from our writing with attribution and a link. Republishing a piece in full needs our permission first.
Guidance and resources
The guidance, frameworks and toolkits we publish are offered to help practitioners think through their own decisions. They are general professional material, not legal, financial or crisis-management advice for your particular situation, and the association is not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of them.
Events and membership
Details of events, workshops and membership are published in good faith and may change. Where a page says something is being announced, confirmed or opened later, that is exactly what it means.
Other sites
We link to other organisations, publications and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
